The album last charted at Roots 66, holding their #65 spot until September 5th- nine long months after its initial radio release. As a garage-run label with no outside radio promoter, we were blessed to have the support of so many Americana music directors and DJs. We were also blessed to have Justin Guip at Levon Helm Studios for tracking and mixing, Dave McNair at Sterling Sound for mastering, and the many talented musicians who lent their gifts to the record: the Band's Garth Hudson, Sister Maud Hudson, Tommy Ramone (the Ramones), Larry Campbell (Bob Dylan, Levon Helm Band), Gabriel Butterfield, the Womack Family Band, Carl Franklin, Sandy Allen, Daphne Lee Martin, Brendan McDonough and Chase Castle. |
